This is a painting of a girl with a turtle. Well, not so much a girl as my wife with a large turtle. My wife and I just got back from San francisco, and I found a picture that I took of her with a large turtle sculpture from China Town. I loved her expression, and really wanted to capture the feeling of that photo. This is a Christian Ives original oil painting.
